The Nature Play Space is coming along! First School is creating an outdoor play space for the children to enjoy and learn from. One of the first tasks was to remove invasive species from the designated space.

Invasive species are plants and animals that are not native, and which establish a community in a way that is harmful to the natural environment. For our campus, bush honeysuckle and chinaberry bushes are concerns. First School parents and FUPC church members got together to clear the brush and create a safe and beautiful space for play.
